The “Villa Camille" is located in Carqueiranne, which enjoys from more than 300 days of sunshine a year, and more specifically it is in the very popular district of Pradon.
Built on the tiered garden that once housed tulip plantations, it overlooks the beach and offers a sublime view of the sea from every room in the house.

Everything has been arranged for your comfort: a bright living space with a welcoming kitchen, reversible air conditioning throughout the house, terraces where you can take your meals on sunny days under the shade sail while savouring the view, or near the safe swimming pool and heated... 
You will have 4 bedrooms, including 1 en suite bedroom on the ground floor (the other 3 are upstairs).

The attractive Mediterranean garden of 2800m² is fenced off and has a boules court. As horticulturalists, passed down from generation to generation, the owners practice the art of cultivating the land... They work with passion, landscaping the Villa Camille garden throughout the year. Olive trees are dotted around the front of the house. Here and there you will find Lavender, Creeping Rosemary, Laurel, Blue Agapanthus, Yellow Lilies but also Almond Trees, Hackberry Trees, Araucarias... In Spring, the garden reveals its stunning palette of colours.

Morning bathing is just a 5 minute walk away (Pradon beach), as is the traditional port, its shops and restaurants (less than 10 minutes away). We advise you to return at sunset, the colours are sublime. 
The house has been classified as 5* by the Tourist Office ;-)

Tout a été parfait - l'endroit - la maison - l'acceuil - le service -- un véritable bonheur qui malheureusement n'a duré qu'une semaine . Famille Dubus du 27 juillet au 3 août 2024 Nous avons loué entres amis la villa Camille une pure merveille elle est fonctionnelle, très jolie et soignée et la cerise : la vue face a la mer depuis la terrasse, la piscine et toutes les chambres. Nous avons eu un excellent contact avec l’agence S-lux dès le début par échange de mail, contact téléphonique, sms pendant notre séjour et nous avons été très bien accueilli à la villa et chouchouté. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés, ce fut une très belle expérience et nous réserverons sans hésiter la prochaine fois.

Die Villa Camille ist ein perfektes Ferienhaus - alle Räume mit Blick aufs Meer, vollklimatisiert und schöner Garten. Das Ganze in Fußnähe zu 2 Stränden!
Wir haben schon mehrere Häuser über S-lux Propriétés gemietet und können diese Agentur nur weiterempfehlen!
